J\u00f3 esetben mindenki hallott m\u00e1r a szoftvergazd\u00e1lkod\u00e1sr\u00f3l. Ez az a ter\u00fclet, ami elvileg megakad\u00e1lyozza, hogy egy c\u00e9g sz\u00e1molatlanul sz\u00f3rja ki az ablakon a p\u00e9nzt nem haszn\u00e1lt licencekre, mik\u00f6zben a tev\u00e9kenys\u00e9g\u00e9hez sz\u00fcks\u00e9ges licencekkel naprak\u00e9szen rendelkezik. Ha a szoftvergazd\u00e1lkod\u00e1s nincs rendben, akkor a fentiek alapj\u00e1n k\u00e9tf\u00e9lek\u00e9pp vesz\u00edtj\u00fck a p\u00e9nzt: egyr\u00e9szt kihaszn\u00e1latlan szoftverek d\u00edj\u00e1val, m\u00e1sr\u00e9szt azokkal a b\u00fcntet\u00e9sekkel, amiket ki kell fizetn\u00fcnk egy ellen\u0151rz\u00e9s sor\u00e1n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Egy SAM menedzser teh\u00e1t egyszem\u00e9lyben van birtok\u00e1ban szoftverlicencel\u00e9si \u00e9s jogi ismereteknek, mik\u00f6zben sz\u00e1mviteli \u00e9s projektmenedzsment tapasztalatokkal is rendelkezik. Persze ez nem el\u00e9g, mert ki kell ismernie mag\u00e1t az IT infrastrukt\u00far\u00e1n, esetleg \u00fajra kell terveznie azt, valamint a folyamataudit m\u00f3dszertanait is ismernie kell.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A SAM menedzserek nem licencsz\u00e1mol\u00f3k, nem t\u00e1bl\u00e1zatokat b\u00fajnak, hogy kisz\u00e1molj\u00e1k, mennyit kell hov\u00e1 fizetni. L\u00e9teznek m\u00e1r fejlett SAM szoftverek, amik megteszik ezt, de ez csak passz\u00edv, a c\u00e9g \u00e9let\u00e9t egy\u00e1ltal\u00e1n nem befoly\u00e1sol\u00f3 tev\u00e9kenys\u00e9g. Sokkal fontosabb az, hogy a c\u00e9g mindennapi m\u0171k\u00f6d\u00e9s\u00e9be szervesen be\u00e9p\u00fcljenek a szoftvergazd\u00e1lkod\u00e1si szempontok, az auditok rendszeresek \u00e9s j\u00f3l szervezettek legyenek, az ELP (effective license position) mindig legyen naprak\u00e9sz. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Egy SAM menedzser \u00e9rti, mi a virtu\u00e1lis k\u00f6rnyezet, valamint \u00e9rti, ha egy adott tev\u00e9kenys\u00e9g mem\u00f3ri\u00e1ban vagy processzorban meghat\u00e1rozott er\u0151forr\u00e1st k\u00f6vetel.
